1. Order Cancellation
At Rubicon, we strive to provide the best service and experience. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations after this period may not be accepted, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds will be issued for orders cancelled within 24 hours.
- If the product received is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may be marked as non-refundable or final sale. These cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. You'll receive an email notification once your refund is initiated.
